Concept of a Family

A family is consisting of parents, and their children considered as a group, whether dwelling together or not. It is any group of persons closely related by blood. A family is very important to life of an individual. They serve as the guide, foundation, protection and key to success. But not all families are ideal. I mean those young ones that are force by their parents to earn money, and then they will just give it to them to do something bad causing their children to be influenced and do it also. The problem is they are not ideal. What is an ideal family? How can we have this kind of family?

Ideal family is the family that a person views to be perfect. It means every member has own appropriate function/role. Especially, father is the one who support the needs of the family. He shows love, protection, happiness and discipline. He must be the one who will solve the problem. On the other hand, the mother is the one who do the household chores/task in the family. She is responsible in taking care of their children. Like my mom, she woke up early and slept late at night and serves as a model in our house. She also gives good advice/manners to their children. How about the children? The children should finished their studies and study hard to have good grades and not to fail. Education is the best gift for our parents because when their children became successful, they were fulfilled parents.

Second, they must have a choice of number of children. It depends with the parents. Some parents want to have one child only so they can support his/her needs easily and to provide attention/care that they need. But the best one is having two or three children. Like our family, my parents decide to have two children, and that’s me and my sister. They chose it because were not rich and they gave us the needed things only. But I understand them because I know that they are earning money for my sister illness. How about those parents having many children? Having many children cost them to fulfill their needs in crises or harder. They are hard to get enough money, specifically those parents that are early marriage.

Third, one key of an ideal family is to have faith in God because all of our strength and power are given by God. Without God, were not here. God is the cause of a strong family. The ideal family is the place for love of parents, especially husband and wife, and their children. God also serves as guide and teach the right path way to enter to have a better future by help of their parents.

Those were the factors that an ideal family should have. Someday, all family should be ideal so everyone will be happy for their lives and have a successful parents and children.

An Ideal Father

An Ideal Father

Good day to everyone! What does an ideal father mean to you? An Ideal father is the one who supports and protect his family. He gave the needs of their family. He makes all the difference in a child’s life. He also disciplines his children. He does a lot of work but it shows the sign of having successful children that he raised. What kind of father do you have? There are many characteristics of an ideal father.

First, he has faith in God because he would never do anything without strength, power, ability that God gave to my father. He cannot work without having any strength to our God. Without God, he cannot earn money; money for our needs everyday. I can say that he has faith in God because he came with us everyday to go to the church even though he’s tired of his work and having important things to do. He eventually has the words of God to have a new strength that he will need for the next day.

Second, he’s a discipline person. It means that he taught us every time the disciplinary movements starting with little things. He always loves us even though he got mad at us because of our misdeeds. He taught us the good way by his words. He always works for us to have a better future so we should have our studies with good grades.

Third, he believes to himself. Every time, he’s doing his work, he never fail, he do the right thing and believe that he can finished his work. He believes on his own strength. I am lucky that his my father. One thing that make me proud of my father is when his down, he never go to his brother and sister for help. He lived for his own since child. He just does a good thing that can others be proud of him and that’s me and my sister. Even though we’re not that rich compare to others, he can have two children finished their studies and have a good future.

Fourth, he shows love to us always, especially to my mother. Once or twice a year, we plan to go to a place that can make us feel happy. By that, we can have our bonding. We were all happy and shows love to each other. I know our father loves us because he will not continue working if he doesn’t love us.

Lastly, he is supportive and loyal. All fathers must be supportive and loyal because he is the man in the house. Like my father, he support us by giving our needs but not all, those important things only were given because he says that its not important to have those improved gadgets to live, enough things may do for us to live. I am so blessed that he is my father and I am very thankful.

Those are the characteristics that my father possesses to be an ideal father. I hope your father too. By the way, my father is RAYMUNDO S. GALANG. HAPPY FATHER’S DAY I’M PROUD OF YOU AND I LOVE YOU!

Anyone can be a father, but it takes a real man to be a daddy.:)

A Challenging Junior High

Many students have experienced junior high school in Cavite National Science High School. But me I have just finished two years from this school and I'm now having this third year high school. I have experienced many problems or struggles and responsibilities when I started studying here, also in my elementary grade. But in this school, I was taught of many achievements that made me a discipline person and to believe to myself. I knew that from those two years I have studied here, the knowledge I gained was not enough for me to be a nice person so now being a junior high school was quite a challenging one for me. There are many contributory factors that makes my junior high a challenging one.

Last year, I was at II- Hydrogen and I have expected that I would be at III-Hydrogen again because of my grade. Some teachers thought that I would belong to a  Nitrogen section but I was not able to get the needed average. To be in a Nitrogen class, I have to exert effort but I was not so serious in my studies. My father said that it  is good enough to be in Hydrogen and that I should focus my studies so that I  can graduate in  this school. I accepted the fact of being a Hydrogen student. In this section, I'm so glad that they elected me as President of our section. I do know that I will encounter difficult tasks.  To perform my duties, I would do the right thing and be accurate and precise of my works. Thus, I’m ready for the big task they will assigned to me.

Second, every year in this school has different set of subjects that everyone of us needs to undertake like Physics, Analytic Geometry, Chemistry, Research, English and the like. And what makes these subjects challenging? Lets take for an instance in my English class. My teacher Ma'am May told us to make an essay applying verbals. And mind you, she want us to post it in our own blog so each of us can see our blog. These subjects are getting harder; so to be diligent is expected to me. Now, I’ll study hard and make my parents proud of me. I will never do any mistake that can cause of getting a low grade. To know every lesson very well, I will be more responsible student enough. I will perform every activity correctly and appropriately  in each subject. For sure there will be more challenging task I will encounter In other subjects.

Third, there are different set of subjects so there are different set of teachers also. There are many qualities that I have noticed to each of them. To teach their students and to make them understand the lesson are their goals in teaching. They will do their best to make the students comprehend the lessons. But I thought some of the students didn’t conceive the topics. To learn the lecture, they must exert more effort to study all of that. I am honest that I’m ashamed of the third year teachers when I first met them because I don’t know how they handle each class and what their strategy in teaching is.

Fourth, every school year, we have different set of classmates. From those new classmates I have encountered, some of them are my friends/best friends since first year or elementary. To make me happy, they show  concern to me. They asked what my problem is. Even though, I met them at first, we’re close to each other now and having of talking some related things with our life. I also help them with their problems to make them feel that they chose a right friend in terms of having a problem.

Lastly, I was thankful for my parents. To earn money, they kept on working everyday and every night for us. I am so proud that they are my parents. As an exchange I will study hard and have good grade. I know that all of us have the aspiration to succeed.

Facing the challenge is my voyage in learning and studying. :)
